The painting process is performed by contact of rubber rolls impregnated with paint

• Good forming capacity.

• Polyester Base Enamel:
Dry film thickness: 14-16.5 mm
Flexibility: 2T minimum.
MEK resistance: 70 rubs minimum.

• Polyester Base Varnish:
Dry film thickness: 10-13 mm
Flexibility: 2T minimum.
MEK resistance: 70 rubs minimum.

• Vinyl Base Enamel:
Dry film thickness: 13-15 mm
Flexibility: 1T minimum.

• Vinyl Base Varnish:
Dry film thickness: 10-12 mm
Flexibility: 1T minimum.

 


All tolerances conform to Standard AA. However, the plant is able to provide narrower tolerances in some cases (including 1/2 ASTM or AA), previous verification of orders
