COPPER

For Radiators:
Manufactured in alloys 143 and 1442 with tempers according to Standard ASTM-B-152, in thickness from 0.0015 inches (0.038 mm), and widths of up to 12.000 inches (305 mm).
For Inlaid Parts:
Basically, alloys 1220 and 1100 are used, according to Standard ASTM-B-152. These materials are used for embossing, either for float manufacturing, artistic paintings, or vessels.
For Electrical Pins:
The alloy used is 1100 according to Standard ASTM-B-152 in all the tempers included.

BRASS

PFor Radiators:
Manufactured in alloys 2600 and 2602 with tempers according to Standard ASTM-B-36, in thickness from 0.0030 inches (0.0762 mm), and widths of up to 12.000 inches (305 mm).
For Cartridges:
Alloys 2200-2600 are used, according to Standard ASTM-B-36 in all the tempers included in the standard.
For Ornamentation:
Alloys 2300-2600 are used to manufacture ornamental plugs or vessels, in widths of up to 24.000 inches (0.61 meters).
For Stamping;
Basically, alloys 2720-2600 are used in any temper established in Standard ASTM-B-36. Used basically in electrical pins.
For Inlaid Parts:
The most common alloy is 2600 in soft temper with different grain size forming, which enable distortion of sheets according to needs. This material is used for radiator manufacturing. Maximum widths are 24.000 inches (0.61 meters).
For Key Manufacturing:
Most common alloys are 340 and 353. The presence of lead in tin makes this material machinable to manufacture the different combinations of keys.

NICKEL SILVER

Ornamental: 
The handicraft market uses nickel silver in alloys which due to their resemblance to silver have a large demand.
  
Coin Manufacturing:

Electrical:
Due to the higher elastic levels reached, this product has a very large demand due to its “spring back”, that is, due to the springing capacity of the material. Most common alloys are 5100 and 5110.
