Roofing Sheet
Aluminum roofing sheets are manufactured using a continuous cast mill process and a sequence of cold rolling passes. In some instances, the product requires additional intermediate annealing processes, plus a final rolling stage. The typical name for roofing sheets and their characteristics are shown below.

• For sheets painted with:
Base Polyester Enamel:
Dry film thickness: 14-16.5 mm
Flexibility: 2T minimum.
MEK resistance: 70 rubs minimum.
Base Polyester Varnish:
Dry film thickness: 10-13 mm
Flexibility: 2T minimum.
MEK resistance: 70 rubs minimum.
All tolerances conform to Standard AA.
